Huang Jin Ya - or Yellow Golden Bud is a simply stunning black tea of the finest quality.
Exclusively made up of the most tender tips of the plant, it produces a cup that has soft, beautifully rounded tannins, with a sweet, malty taste. Much like a fine wine it has great length and lasting flavour.
A magnificent black tea that must be experienced.

Brewing
Take 3g of Jin Ya, 2tsp and add water that is just off boiling point at around 90 - 95 degrees. Allow to infuse for 2 - 3 minutes.
