Quality - The Teahouse is committed to providing the very best quality Speciality Teas. All our teas have been carefully and personally chosen ensuring that only the freshest tealeaves are available. Packed in a stylish, airtight foil lined tube your tea will maintain it's freshness and you can enjoy the health benefits for longer.
Delivery - From the moment you place your order you can be assured that you are being dealt with. You will receive your order within a maximum 5 working days. We also offer a next day delivery service.
Security - To give you peace of mind we use the secure payment process of Worldpay, the world's leading online payment services company. The Teahouse do not hold or receive any credit card details.
Fairtrade & The Teahouse - we will only source our teas from farms that continually meet all of our ethical Trading criteria. We are a company with a conscience and a company that is dedicated to the welfare and rights of every person involved in the production of our teas. This has been made easy in some cases as farms are owned by families who have worked their land for many many years. At other farms we ensure that workers receive a fair wage and where workers live on the farms we have ensured their accommodation is acceptable.
Environment - Environmental concerns are equally important at The Teahouse, and our farms all surpass required environmental standards. The teas produced organically are certified, whilst the others are from pollution-free, with no man-made chemosynthetic fertilizers, pesticides, plant growth regulators, or chemical food additives used.
Our packaging has also been designed with the environment in mind. The cardboard tube is to be kept and reused to keep your favourite teas in. The tubes use cardboard pulp that is from sustainable forests. The tube is made from fully recyclable materials.
Our teas are imported by sea as this is the most ecologically friendly method. Sea vessels emit far less Carbon gasses than aeroplanes.
