The Harmutty tea garden has been producing Assam since 1870.
This is a wonderful Assam, graded - Special Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe. The number 1 signifies a top classification within its grade.
Evenly shaped leaves with an excellent proportion of Golden Tips produce a full flavoured cup that is balanced and smooth. It has lovely spicy undertones and a great malty finish.

Brewing
Take 1-2 tsp of Assam and add freshly boiled water.
Allow to infuse for around 4 minutes.
