Organic Silver Needle 2017
Harvested early April 2017, Fujian Province
This Bai Hao Yin Zhen or Silver Needle is from a small garden just outside Fuding in Fujian. Picked slightly later than usual this tea has benefitted from the additional time on the plant.
This Organic Silver Needle has beautiful plump buds each one a silvery green colour. Each bud is covered in a white down and is soft to touch.
They produce a liquor that is clear, very pale green with a delicate aroma. The cup is full of wonderful flavours that are intensely fresh. Notes of cucumber, melon and spring blossom fill your senses.
High in Antioxidants and Low in caffeine, an ideal tea any time of the day or night.

Brewing
1tbs, around 3g of Silver Needle and add 250ml water that is at around 70 degrees C. Infuse for 3 minutes or to taste.
