We spent some time in Fujian province, the home of White Tea and found an extraordinary Silver Needle tea grown Organically by Mr Cho, in a garden his Grandfather had started over 60 years ago, pictured below. We also bought his White Peony, which was still drying in the afternoon sun.  Other notable teas in the 2010 collection are the returning Mao Jian, a beautiful Mao Feng, a new tea for The Teahouse and of course our most popular teas Misty Green and Long Jing, both Organic. |
