Loose Teas: Oolong Teas

Partially fermented leaves result in Oolong or Wulong Tea, also know as Blue Tea. It can take on the characteristics of either a Green or Black Tea according to the length of fermemtation. Oolong teas have wonderful range of character, from the aromatic Tie Kuan Yin, or Iron Godess of Mercy through to the amazingly complex Phoenix Oolong.
